SarvaOS provides a suite of SaaS tools for product teams, including feedback management, visual bug reporting, and test management platforms. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SarvaOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

SarvaOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable arbitration agreement, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
