What to expect once your message lands.

When should I hear back?

Within one business day for most messages, often the same day. We're a small team, so there's no queue to sit in.

How do I start using sarvaFeed?

You don't need us for that — sarvaFeed is live at sarvafeed.com and there's a free plan you can set up in a few minutes. Write in if you'd rather have a walkthrough or want to talk about a bigger rollout.

What about sarvaTest and sarvaBug?

Both are still under construction and neither has a date yet. Write in and tell us which one you want, and we'll let you know when it's close instead of when it's launched.

Can I see a demo?

Once sarvaFeed is live, yes. Ask in your message and we'll set one up. It'll be a walk-through of your workflow, not a slide deck.

Where do I report a security issue?

Email hello@sarvaos.com with 'Security' in the subject line and it gets routed straight to us. We don't have a dedicated disclosure programme yet, but we'll acknowledge every report.
